Sujin Kim

Dr. Sujin Kim has been the Director of Music at Sycamore Presbyterian Church since 2016, where she conducts the Chancel Choir and Bell Choir, and oversees the music ministry. She obtained her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in piano performance at the College-Conservatory of Music, where she received a full scholarship to study piano with Michael Chertock. She holds a master’s degree in piano performance from CCM. Dr. Kim is an active performer as a soloist and collaborative pianist, and a choir director of Forest-Aires Women’s Chorus. She enjoys working and connecting with people through music and feels so blessed to worship with the Sycamore congregation who loves God and music. Dr. Kim founded the Sycamore School of Music in 2023 at Sycamore Presbyterian and is teaching next generation of Christian musicians. Sujin resides in Mason with her husband, Noel and their three sons, Noel, Alberto, and Roberto.
