Research consistently shows that the quality and connection of our relationships are the most important factors in life change and growth. In this course, you will be taught four simple relational skills that lead to a profound change in our lives and relationships. It may come as a surprise, but these skills center around listening instead of speaking.

This course draws on concepts and skills taught to counselors and therapists to teach you how to listen effectively, creating relationships where people feel safe, connected, and able to thrive. The course includes weekly pre-session online homework, on-demand videos for flexible learning and a companion workbook to deepen understanding and reflection.

What Makes This Course Unique?

Lasting change does not come from information alone—it comes through practice. Each session will include multiple breakout opportunities where you will apply what you have learned in real-time role play conversations. These moments are where confidence grows, insight deepens, and meaningful progress becomes visible. You won’t just understand better communication—you will experience it!

Who Can Benefit from the Training?

This course is ideal for individuals who want to strengthen

how they relate to others, including:

  • Professionals and leaders

  • Couples and families

  • Teachers

  • Teams and coworkers

  • Anyone who wants to experience more effective, meaningful relationships
