Prime Timers - Sycamore's Seniors: For all those in the prime time of their life, we offer quarterly luncheon events featuring inspirational entertainment. Join us to make new friends and expand your circle of acquaintances. This truly is an opportunity where fellowship abounds as we break bread together. Reservations are needed, so look for the sign up location in the Café.
Prime Timers Out 'n About - Sycamore's "travel together" trips: Using professional travel agencies, who provide luxurious Motor-coach transportation and accommodations, we journey to popular tourists locations. It could be a day trip, an overnight trip, or a five day / four night adventure. We offer complete all-inclusive destination packages. It is the only way to travel as we leave the planning and driving up to the professionals. Join us as we embark on new journeys to exciting places to see amazing things in uncompromising comfort with friends both old and new. Look for information in the Café and the travel kiosk.

Sunday Lunch - Join us after the 2nd worship Service, on the third Sunday of each month, to go out to lunch. Meet in the Cafe!
Singles Fun Friday night out. We try to make it the 1st Friday of each month for something special; we go out to a restaurant, meet at the church for a pot luck party or will have a fun event activity.
Dinners 6, 7, or 8 - A great way to get to meet people at Sycamore! Participants are requested to host one dinner during the program. They request to host 6,7 or 8 members for dinner in their home. The host has a month of choice and provides the main entree. The guests are requested to bring a side dish, salad or dessert. The host/hostess does the planning and the occasion can be formal or casual, an evening meal, a buffet, or a brunch, for example. The plan is a relaxed, fun social time - the food is secondary. Each month we create different groups. There's always someone new to meet. The program runs winter to early spring. Look for Sign ups in October or November to get in on the action!
Book Club - Meets 2nd Friday of every month; 11:30 am; room 120. Join us anytime for discussion, fellowship and a good book!
Creative Cooking with Melissa Wharton - Saturdays, 10:00 am - 12:30, Kitchen, During specified dates. Come learn to cook delicious food, pick up new ideas and tips as we share food, fun and fellowship. Space is limited to 8 participants. Cost:$12.00 due the day of the event; Sign ups will be in the Café. Watch the Blast and Bulletin for upcoming events.
"Sew"ciables - Tuesday, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Fellowship Hall. Come learn to quilt and/or sew. We have a lot of fun while we make items that are donated to charity. We have made curtains for a mission in Mexico, and have made quilts for tornado victims in Kentucky and Super Storm Sandy in Tom's River, New Jersey. Instruction, Equipment and supplies are provided.
Quilting and Sewing Fellowship - 2nd & 4th Thursdays, 9:30 -11:30 AM, Room 224. We are a group of women who enjoy working on or finishing projects brought from home such as applique, knitting, cross-stitch, and hand quilting. Bring a project you are working on and join us for conversation, sharing and encouragement.
Jewelry Making - Mondays, 1:00 pm in room 120. Bring your own beads and tools. We have a lot of fun sharing ideas, supplies and stories! Anyone is welcome anytime - For beginners and experienced. Beginners, we can help you get started.
