Hearts and Hands

We are so blessed to have many talented members of our church family!  We appreciate your donation of handcrafted items like quilts, stained glass, art work, photographs, painted furniture, etc.

Car Donation and Sports/Entertainment Tickets Request!

Do you know someone who would be interested in donating a car?  It can be claimed as a tax contribution deduction for 2009.  How about one night of their season tickets to professional or college sporting events, Cincinnati POPS, plays at the Playhouse or the Aranoff, etc?  Please let us know!

Be A Game Sponsor!

Would you like to donate $50 or more to help underwrite the cost of a Lawn Fete game? Your family name will be displayed as the official sponsor of the game and you will have the knowledge that you helped to make our day a success. Please make checks payable to Sycamore Presbyterian Church and note Lawn Fete Games donation on memo line of check.

Still Needed:
Treasures & Trinkets, Toys, Books, Auction Items

Every Monday at the manse, beginning at 5:30 p.m. we will be sorting and organizing the “stuff” for Lawn Fete. All women are welcome to come and help. Surprise dessert provided!

Every Sunday the Lawn Fete storage facility will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to drop off your items. If you have items to drop off during the week, you can leave them on the storage facility porch. If you need larger items picked up, please call the church office for arrangements.

Sycamore Market Place

Come meet new friends and help make Sycamore Market Place a success in 2009.  We will be meeting Thursdays, July 16, 23, 30 and August 4, 6, 18, and 20 at 7:00PM in Harper Hall.  We also invite you to donate your special creations and signature crafts.  Bring to church on Sundays and drop off at the Lawn Fete table. We will appreciate all your homemade baked goods, jellies, jams, etc. for the day of Lawn Fete.

Sponsor a Trophy For the Car Show!

Have a business? Want to sponsor a trophy for the car show? We are looking for sponsors to donate $30 toward trophies to be presented to the winning cars at the car show. Would you like to advertise your business in the “goodie bags” for all of the car show participants? Make check payable to Sycamore Church, memo line Car Show Trophy.

Food Donations

Sign up for food items for the Chicken Dinner and the Snack Booth at the Church begins Sunday, August 16^th.  Financial donations are also appreciated for fresh food supplies: chicken, milk, cream, etc.  Please make checks payable to SPC and note Chicken Dinner donations on memo line of check.
