Angelic Treats    8:30AM - 3:00 PM

Your one-stop shop for all things sweet and delectable! 

 

Stop in early for coffee or tea and grab a donut or cinnamon roll for breakfast. Then, come back when you’re ready for an afternoon snack or treat and check out the homemade pies, cakes, brownies, cookies, chocolate dipped pretzels, fudge, etc.

 

Are you on snack detail for a sports team? Pick up some goodies here and be the hit of the season! There will be something to satisfy everyone, so come by early and often.

Giant Yard Sale   9:00AM - 5:00 PM

Our largest collection…kitchen items, decorative jewelry, small appliances, camping equipment, lawn and garden tools, holiday decorations, bedding, linens, frames, pictures, and mirrors.

Paperback, hardback, new and old all at the right price! CDs, VHS, game videos and DVDs.! 

Snack Bar   11:00AM - 5:00PM

Get a snack to go or enjoy at tables under the sycamore trees while listening to live entertainment! Try our signature homemade pork barbecue sandwich; GRILLED hot dogs, brats, and metts; Jets Pizza; and ice cream cones and sundaes from Mister Softee, the first mobile soft ice cream truck.

Furniture Barn   9:00AM - 5:00PM

The Storage Facility stores pre-priced items that are perfect for college students dorms, to start a new home or maybe you find the perfect item for your home! You will find great values on furniture, rugs, Christmas trees, pictures, mirrors, lamps etc. You might even find an antique here or there. Don’t be late, items go fast!

Games   11:00AM - 6:00PM

Games and crafts for ALL ages.  Don’t miss the Bounce House and the old fashioned hay ride with red tractor driven by Farmer Jim and a prize at the end.  Games are $ .50 to $1.50.  Try your hand at “Throw 10” corn hole event.  Adults and kids alike (12PM to 4PM).  Watch for the Pocket Lady strolling the grounds!

Uniquely Sycamore - In the Chapel   10:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Bidding will begin at 10:00AM in the Chapel. The bids close at 5:30PM

Uniquely Sycamore features the artistic handcrafted items by our congregation from photography, to paintings, to furniture, to stamped cards, to quilts, and afghans. This year the embroidered handiwork by the Dean’s will feature the Lord’s Prayer. Winning bidders pay in full at closing time in the chapel. Bids must be picked up by 6:30PM. MasterCard and Visa accepted for all auctions! There are also many innovative, beautiful, and cute cash and carry items by our artists, too.

Live Entertainment  12:00PM - 4:00PM

We have a talented variety of musicians performing at the Entertainment Shell beginning at noon: Joe Dilley, SPC Director of Music, Crooner era keyboard and vocals Gary Roehl, Christian acoustic guitar and vocals Greg and Craig, soft rock oldies The Doug Krause Boys, acoustic guitar and harmonica gospel

 

For your enjoyment while bidding on the variety of items the Silent Auction offers, Errol Everson and Don Miller will be playing your favorite songs on the piano in the Connector and Chapel prior to the bid closings.

 

Kids, don’t miss the Pocket Lady, B.J. Barnhill, who will wander around the festival providing free prizes to young children!

Corn Hole Tournament  12:30PM - 2:00PM

Church committee corn hole tournament!  Participate in the camaraderie.  $5.00 to play.  Winner receives two free Chicken Dinner Coupons.

Basket Rafflle  10:00AM - 3:00PM

We have chosen 12 unique baskets for our Raffle. You will find the Raffle Baskets outside this year! Tickets are 6 for $5 OR $1 each. Drawing at 3:00PM on the Entertainment shell!

Silent Auction   10:00AM - 6:00PM

Bidding will begin at 10AM in the Church Connector. Four bid closing times: 4:00PM- Tickled Pink; 5:00PM- Promising Purple; 5:30PM- and 6:00PM-Tempting Turquoise. Uniquely Sycamore (Chapel) features handcrafted items by our congregation. Taste of Sycamore includes 5 delicious ways you can receive homemade prepared foods. The Basket Auction includes over 40 baskets; anything from a “Cat Lover’s Basket” to an “I Love Cincinnati Basket”. Winning bidders pay in full at closing time. Bids must be picked up by 7:00PM. MasterCard and Visa accepted for all auctions!

 

Certificate City is the place to bid on gift certificates from restaurants to nail salons to 4 new car tires.  Winning bidders pay in full at closing time. Bids must be picked up by 7:00PM. MasterCard and Visa accepted for all auctions!
